Vendors that qualify for the “Mushroom Vendor Application” must carry a minimum of 50% mushroom products. This is heavily enforced. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendors selling pre-packaged or shelf-stable items not intended for immediate consumption (examples: bread, baked goods, jams, sauces, honey, candies, spice blends, etc.) should apply under the\u00a0General Vendor Application.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
