Vendors that qualify for the “Mushroom Vendor Application” must carry a minimum of 50% mushroom products. This is heavily enforced.
Vendors selling pre-packaged or shelf-stable items not intended for immediate consumption (examples: bread, baked goods, jams, sauces, honey, candies, spice blends, etc.) should apply under the General Vendor Application.
